Sometimes a great recipe doesn’t need to be complicated. This avocado banana smoothie is one of the best ideas that I came up so far. With hundreds of thousands of combinations of fruits, veggies and natural sweeteners, smoothies make it easy to get the nutritional benefits of breakfast without getting boring. I’m always testing new recipes, but wanted to share my go-to smoothie.
This Avocado-Banana Smoothie is made up of avocado and banana which is a good source of monounsaturated fats and Potassium. This sweet and creamy avocado smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack. In summer, all we want is to keep hydrated ourselves. Also most of the time, we don’t feel like eating something heavy. All we need is some kind of energy in terms of hydrating drinks. Isn’t it? That’s where this smoothie comes in. It only contains three ingredients and tastes even better than ice cream!

- 1 Avocado
- 1 Ripe banana
- 2 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
- Mixed dry fruits (as per your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 scoop of ice cream
- Ice cubes
How to make Avocado Banana Smoothie:
Step1: Cut Avocado into half and using spoon remove the ripe pulp in a blender. Add other ingredients banana, milk, ice cream, honey, ice cubes and blend it into a smooth paste. You can adjust the thickness by adding more milk.
Avocado Banana Smoothie is ready. Top it with some ice cream and garnish with chopped dry fruits. Enjoy!!
