Coriander Tomato Chutney is a quick, zesty chutney complements almost any Indian snacks. What could be better with a sandwich, paratha, onion bhajia, Chillas, Tikki, Chaat etc. Not only North Indian snacks you can have this with South Indians dishes as well (dosa, idli, uttapam, paniyaram etc.). Tomato coriander chutney is healthy and tangy north Indian chutney. It’s something that an Indian house makes almost every second day because we just love dipping everything in a fiery hot green chutney or mixing it with rice and dal when you want to spice up a simple meal. In short its one chutney many uses.

- 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 2-3 chopped green chilly
- 1/2 inch chopped ginger
- 3-4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 small chopped tomato
- 2-3 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
How to make Coriander tomato chutney:
Step1: In a Blender/grinder combine all the ingredients mentioned above. Blend it to a smooth paste. Check the seasoning and add salt and lemon juice if required as per your taste.
Store it in a fridge for upto 2-3 days.Enjoy this tasty flavour with variety of snacks.
