Aloo Tikki Chat is very easy to make and would be loved by people of all age groups. This snack recipe is ideal for occasions like kitty parties, birthdays or game nights. What I like the most about Tikki chaat is the complexity of flavour and texture. The dish is sweet, savoury, spicy, tart, soft, crunchy all at the same time. You need to try to really understand what I mean. My mouth is watering just by thinking about it.
