Step2: When onion is fried and soft add green chilly along with tomatoes. Saute it for couple of minutes then reduce the flame to low and add coriander powder, red chilly powder, amchoor (dry mango) powder, garam masala along with salt as per your taste. You can adjust quantity of masala as desired. Saute everything well till tomatoes are soft and fried well.

Step3: Add green peas, mix it well. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes on low-medium flame till the peas are cooked and soft.Keep stirring in between.

Step4: Once peas are cooked add broken noodles, mix it well with masala and saute it for 3-4 minutes on low-medium flame.

Step5: Add around 1-1/2 cup of warm water or as required. Mix and let it boil on medium flame. In the meanwhile take Maggi taste maker masala in a bowl and make a smooth paste using 2-3 teaspoon water. This is done so that masala will evenly mixed with the noodles.

Step6: Once all the noodles have separated and the dish looks like noodle soup add taste maker masala paste and stir well.Cook it for not more than 2 minutes, if water is still there then cook till the water has been absorbed completely, while stirring occasionally.Turn off the flame.

Masala maggi is ready. Garnish it with fresh coriander and butter. Serve hot and Enjoy!!
