How to make Vegetable Raita:
Step1: Take a large mixing bowl, add curd/yogurt into it. With the help of whisk beat until it becomes smooth and creamy.



Step4: Check the taste and add more of the spice powders or salt if required. Refrigerate for 30mins or serve immediately.
Serve raita with any rice pulao, biryani or paratha of your choice.
