Quick and easy, these Paneer Tikka Pizza Sliders with a Indian twist are a delicious appetizer for weekend nights, birthday parties, and other gatherings. For something different than the same old burger buns or pav, these are stuffed with the spicy air-fried paneer tikka and loaded with pizza sauce and cheese. Basically an Indian variation to the popular sliders recipe flavored with the taste of restaurant style paneer tikka. Ideally, the paneer should be cooked in a tandoor, but if you don’t have access to one, air-fryer, oven or a super hot grill will do the job nicely. Refer Tandoori Paneer Tikka Recipe for step-by step process of making sizzling hot tikka at home.
This is my preferred pizza sauce recipe. I will be posting a separate post on the pizza sauce in some time. You may also use store bought pizza sauce for this recipe.
You can prepare paneer tikka well ahead of time and make the sliders right before serving.

Step4: Using oil brush or spoon apply the mixture of butter and seasoning on the the bottom layer evenly.
Step5: Now Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom layer, using the back of a spatula to square off the edges and evenly coat all the bun with the sauce.
Step6: Now add chopped paneer and veggies over the pizza sauce and top it with grated mozzarella cheese. You may also use cheese slices along with grated cheese.
Step7: Place the top of the buns over the cheese and brush tops with melted butter and seasoning mixture.
Step8: Place them into the air-fryer and set temperature to 350Deg F for 18-20minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown. Alternatively you may bake them in over at 35Deg F for 20-25 mins or Toast them in the pan with some butter and cover the pan for 5-10mins.
Step9: Once the Cheese is melted take them out of the air-fryer and using knife cut and separate all the buns.
